Polythylene (PE) adalah bahan polimer yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia dan sangat mudah dijumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Job Description

• Tasks related to LCI Safety & Health policy and goal establishment.
  Creation, Review and Apply of Safety & Health related work procedure & standard Document.
  Oversee daily activities of team members to maintain Safety & Health management system.
  Ensure that industrial operations are in compliance with local, state and federal Safety & Health regulations.
  Respond to inquiries and concerns related to Safety & Health management system.
  Responsible for conducting regular risk assessments.
  Generate safety & Health reports and maintain permits as per state regulations.
  Work with team to develop effective safety strategies to accident prevention.
  Review and recommend improvements to existing Safety & Health strategies.
  Investigate safety accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence.
  Review and application of efficient advanced technologies to safety accident prevention.
  Perform safety & Health research and prepare research reports to management.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to safety engineering.

  Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English).

2. Sr. OH & Safety Engineer

Job Description

• Developing Inspection and Planning of OHS in Plant
  Review, update the OHS legal & regulation compliance and response if any concern
  Training management related safety in the workplace
  Developing Permit To Work procedure
  Planning management for Safety
  Developing and involve safety proactive program to prevent accident (JSA, JSO, ASA, Grievance, etc.)
  Developing and involve emergency response system
  Involve and support OHS accident investigation at workplace and developing the report
  Review and check the legal compliance of the High pressure gas & radiation and response if any concern
  High pressure gas and radiation Facilities inspection and management
  Define and evaluate standard specification of PPE
  Develop safety induction material and conduct safety induction for new employees, contractor worker and visitors
  Develop and control implementation of CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
  Develop, review, and update accident incident criteria and classification.

Job Description

• Activities to prevent water pollution and report management
  Monitor and control waste water parameter (SPARING)/TMS
  Recording and reporting waste water parameter to government authorize
  Assessment and analysis data waste water quality
  Develop improvement plan for waste water performance
  Responsible for the management of pollution and pollution prevention in marine and port
  Involve problem solving for wastewater issues or concerns
  Prepare document and coordinate Pre-Startup Safety Review waste water treatment
  Develop operational risk of waste water treatment and prevention plan to avoid waste water quality upset
  Involve for preparation, commissioning and start up waste water treatment

Job Description

• Developing Industrial Health and hygiene program (Food, clinic, workplace environment, etc.)

  Managing IH training and implementation related to workplace health and hygiene
  Planning management for Health
  Collaborating with company doctor to control health program and clinic facilities
  Developing and implement health risk assessment
  Promoting and campaign health program awareness to employees
  Advising and collaborating with management to resolve occupational health issues.
